  • How to organize teams in the "ValueStream Identification Phase" leveraging not only SAFe but also the best practices of recent years for organizational design with a focus on flow and aligning business teams.  It includes best practices for vendor management in SAFe.
  • Best practices for launching and maturing trains and teams
  • Implementing LPM in stages to support the necessary shifts in culture and financial systems
  • Implementing Cross-Portfolio Planning cadences
